IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT! PLEASE READ!
Greetings!
Thank you for your business over the last few years; I have really enjoyed getting to
know you. It has been a difficult decision for my family and me, but I have decided to
accept a position in private accounting.
I enjoyed serving you in the role of a CPA and take pride in my work and the
relationships I have built with you. I have interviewed a few accountants in the area to
see if I could find one with satisfactory work ethic and knowledge to refer my clients to.
I inquired of the firm to insure they are knowledgeable about taxes and accounting, and
that they uphold the highest standards of customer service. I have found one firm, which I
believe would be a great fit for you. John Pitzl, of Pitzl & Pitzl PA, located in Shoreview.
Contact information for John is located on the 3rd party disclosure form obtainable by clicking here. I encourage you to return the disclosure form and contact John directly to see if
their firm can serve your tax and accounting needs. The disclosure form will allow me to
forward my records I have for your account and other relevant information to Pitzl &
Pitzl, PA or other accountant of your choosing. I would recommend sending this form
back in the enclosed envelope as soon as possible, to prevent a delay in the progress of
your accounting and tax projects in progress or in the next tax year. Please fill out one
disclosure form for yourself or each entity you want information disclosed.
If you need to contact me after September 1st, I can be reached by two methods.

take a message and relay it on to me.
Thank you for your business; I will truly miss working with you.

Tax Tips from Ertl Taxes
Reduce Your 2009 Tax Bill
It is not too late to do reduce your 2009 tax bill. You are allowed to contribute to a Traditional IRA and Roth IRA until April 15, 2010 and have it applied to the 2009 Tax Year. What does this mean in tax savings? For every $100 contributed to a Traditional IRA, the tax savings could be as high as $32 in federal and state taxes.
Haiti Donations Tax Deductable
The IRS has just announced that any donations that are directed to Haiti earthquake victims, which were made in 2010, can be deducted on your 2009 tax return.
